Return Policy

All items are non-returnable unless items arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly sent.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy

If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by phone 732-290-3000, or email within 7 business days of receipt of the package so that we can enter the information needed to process the RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization)

Please have these details ready, or include in your email;

A copy of your invoice showing the order number and date of purchase

A description of the issue regarding the missing, damaged, defective or incorrect item

If emailing, include images of the damage or defect.

*All items must be in the original packaging with the Tags included

After 7 business days, we will not accept items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. No item will be accepted if returned without a RMA number. If an item is returned without an RMA, written on the outside of the carton, the package will be refused and returned to sender.
