Ralea K. Casperson—known as “Ray”—is the founder and head trainer of RKC Dressage International in Morriston, Florida. A USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold Medalist, FEI trainer and Certified International Instructor, Ray brings more than 25 years of professional equestrian experience to the development of horses and riders.

Her diverse background includes classical dressage, young-horse development, western performance, reining, liberty work, driving, in-hand training and the rehabilitation of challenging or misunderstood horses. She has developed horses from their earliest training through the FEI levels and Grand Prix, including horses she has personally brought along from a young age.

Biomechanics forms the foundation of Ray’s program. Her knowledge of deep-tissue sports massage, fascia release, lymphatic drainage and muscle testing for horses and riders helps her recognize how alignment, balance, strength and mobility influence performance. Her approach is kind, correct and systematic, with an emphasis on confidence, long-term soundness and creating a genuine partnership between horse and rider.
