Lauren Sammis is a long time figure in the dressage community and has competed with dozens of horses in the past 30 years.  Coming from the state of NJ and beginning as a 3 day eventer  in a local 4-H program. Lauren has spent her life dedicated to dressage as a student, trainer,competitor and instructor. 

A highlight of their career was representing the US at the Pan American games in 2007.  Lauren trained the iconic horse Sagacious HF and earned a Gold and Silver medal.  Together they continued on to the Grand Prix where they participated in Olympic and WEG selection shows. Throughout the years, Lauren has trained numerous other horses to the top national standings.  With  her current mount Heilines oh Land owned by Peggy Gordon she has her eye set on the LA Olympics in 2028. 

Lauren has  her training business in NJ. She is a highly sought after clinician and travels nationwide.  She is passionate about biomechanics and working on balance of the horse and rider
