1) Choose any XLT helmet with Gloss Finish in our line
2) Download and fill out the Crystal Placement Form
a) Choose Crystal Placement and design(Necklace, Necklace + Horizontal bar, or other)
b) Fill out all of the information requested on the form
3) Choose Crystal Color(s) from the 3 pages of crystal options in stock
